Q1:I bought two items, why am I only getting one package? Where is my shipment?

1.If the order contains multiple items, your purchase order (including the purchased solar generator set) will be shipped separately.
2. Even if the order contains multiple packages, you can only find one tracking number in the order. We are happy to email you all tracking numbers upon request.

Q:2:Can the product be shipped to the po box address?

HOPWINN products are too large to deliver a PO box. Please provide a non-PO box address when you make an order.

Q3:How do I get a return label for a return?
If you would like to return it, please contact us at [email protected]

We will provide you with a prepaid return label (including shipping).

Q3:Delivered but not received, where can I find my shipment?

1.If the tracking information shows that your package has been delivered, but you cannot find it, please wait two full days (excluding Sundays and holidays) for the package to arrive. We recommend that you inspect your home and ask your neighbors if they may have received it for you.

2.If you still haven't received it after that, please contact us at [email protected] after 7pm local time the next day and we will be happy to assist you.
