Return&Refund Policy

Please carefully read the following descriptions when you decide to do the cancellation, exchange, refund, and return:

Other suppliers or manufacturers may provide their services to you which is different from Hopwinn will not exchange/return/refund the product that is customed or branded or you bought from a third-party retail/reseller/distributor partner rather than directly from Hopwinn. Moreover, There are different domestic laws and regulations for the refund&return services areas by area.

If there is any defect and operation problem due to a defect in workmanship or material ( following the warranty descriptions ) when you receive the Hopwinn's products, Hopwinn will replace them ( of course at the Hopwinn's expense), We sincerely apologize for the unhappy experience for your shopping experience.

1. For Cancellation

Dear Hopwinn's customers, you can request a 100% refund within 24 hours after placing an order on if you change your mind. But if you cancel the order after 24hours please kindly understand that we will charge a transaction fee for a delayed refund reply ( 3.1% for credit card users, 4.1% for PayPal users ).

Moreover, we provide a 30 days refund guarantee (not applicable on unpacked/used products) but please kindly make sure the package is in good condition and will not affect the re-sale, sincerely thanks. Pls Noted! The following conditions could not be canceled: shipped orders during transportation and purchased orders after 30 days.

2. For Return Or Replacement

Dear Hopwinn's customers, if there are any quality issues, please directly contact us at <[email protected]> we will give you a full refund and sincerely apologize for the bad shopping experience. We will appreciate that if you accept the exchange of a new product with no more extra fee - About 7 business days after confirming that the defective item is received from you at our warehouse. But for non-quality issues, we'll charge the transaction fee ( 3.1% for credit card users and 4.1% for PayPal users) + shipping cost. 

You will be required to pay the shipping cost:

2.1 If you cancel your order over 24 hours and within 30 days without any reason, we'll charge the transaction fee (2.6% for credit card users, 3.6% for PayPal users) + shipping cost.

2.2 Any defects or damages caused by exposure to excessive heat, liquids, or other external causes;

2.3 Any defects or damages caused by reliability or compatibility issues when using unauthorized third-party parts;

2.4 Any defects or damages caused by misuse of products, unauthorized modification, disassembly, or operation not by the official instructions or manuals;

If you want to return the product - Please&Please kindly make sure the package is in good condition and will not affect the re-sale.

3. Refund

After you return the product to our warehouse, we'll issue the refund within 14 business days, you'll be notified with an email from <[email protected]> once your order is refunded. If you don't receive the refund after 14 business days, please contact us via <[email protected]>.

Hopwinn will determine the situation and after confirming that your order is eligible, you will get your return confirmation number and confirmation of refund by our support team. They will also provide a video on how to properly package the product to return it safely. Do not ship the product until you have received the proper safety instructions on how to ship the product. You must mark the return confirmation number on the package and the purchase info from our shops.
